What is your Return Policy?

We at www.theblenderplace.com have broken our return policy into two sections; Items to be returned that have not been used and items to be returned that have been used. Please read carefully before making your purchase. If you are unsure that the item you are ordering is what you need or want we highly recommend calling us at 1-888-526-1117

My Item has not been used and I want to return it.

A:
All products require a Return Authorization Number before it can be returned. This number can be obtained by e-mailing us here and using the "Item Return" option. All items must be in brand new unused condition and complete with original packaging, all components, manuals, and documentation. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original shipping date. All non-defective / non-damaged returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. (If you item is not working please refer to our Warranty Section)

My Item has been used and I want to return it.

A:
If you need to return an item that has been used and it is no longer than 30 days from the day the item was shipped we will take the item back but will charge a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. We do not take items back after 30 days from the date the item(s) shipped. (If you item is not working please refer to our Warranty Section)

What is the Refund Policy for Returned Items?

A:
Please allow 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds are processed back onto the original card that was used. In the case of a gift return where you were not the original purchaser, the refund will be placed onto the purchasers credit card that was used for the transaction.
