  • A. We are an authorized dealer for; Vita-Mix Commercial, Waring Commercial, Conair Hospitality, Cuisinart Boutique Collection, Hamilton Beach and Hamilton Beach Commercial, Proctor Silex Extended Stay, Commercial Pro, Frosty Factory and our newest brand Blendtec.

  • Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
  • A. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, just click the add to cart button, enter your zip code to determine shipping and then click the checkout button.

    Due to the growing percentage of claims against credit card purchases (someone else using your card) we must charge your card at the time of purchase. This is to ensure the owner of the card is aware of the transaction and protects you the card holder and us the merchant.   • Q. How do I know your prices are the best?
  • A. We have negotiated great prices with our vendors. The difference is we pass those savings on to you instead of marking prices up to the market average. We routinely check prices online and are often shocked on just how much lower we are, but that's ok because we make it up in volume. Good for us, good for you. If you see a price advertised for less, let us know and we will see if we can match it.
  • Q. What is the typical shipping time?
  • A. We use the following shipping times to best estimate the actual date the item will ship, however if you need your item sooner than listed here please use the form below to inform us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. You always have the right to cancel your order anytime before it has shipped and be issued a full refund.

    Blendtec items ship within 5-7 days
    Waring items ship within 7-9 Days, UPS
    Hamilton Beach items ship within 7-9 Days, UPS
    Vita-Mix items ship within 9-14 Days, UPS - Some parts ship within 3 days.
    Important Note: If by chance your item is back-ordered, we will notify you and you may either accept the new shipping date or of course we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. We try to keep back-orders to a minimum but they do happen from time to time.

    Impotant Notice: ALL orders are shipped "Signature Required". If you won't be able to sign for a package and want us to ship the item(s) without this option you must e-mail us your order information, full name and phone number to be reached with said request. By doing so you are agreeing we can not be responsible if the package is stolen and no charge-back can be issued with the bank you used to make the transaction. We highly recommend sending the item to a location someone can sign for the package.
  • Q. What about warranties?
  • A. Hamilton Beach, Waring and Vita-Mix all offer great warranties. To see the specific warranty for the blender it is best to visit the manufacturer's website as they may change depending on the model. If you have had the item for less than 30 days please contact us and we will help you with the process. After the initial 30 days all warranties must be directed to the manufacturer (If you need help finding the proper phone number please contact us)

  • A. According to the Internet Tax Freedom Act, sales tax for Internet transactions is determined by the destination of the order and the location of the seller. Because KBC, Inc. is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, any items shipped to destinations within the State of Florida are subject to a sales tax, all other states are completely free from any sales tax. Florida State sales tax is paid from KBC, Inc. per our State sales tax law.
